- Scholarships that do not require application:
- Selection is handled by the University of Macau Scholarship Committee, relevant faculties/units, or scholarship donors based on established criteria.
- For undergraduate scholarships primarily based on GPA, recipients must have completed at least 15 credits in each semester of the relevant academic year, or the number of credits required by their designated study plan of each of the semesters, whichever is less.
- Students who have participated in semester exchange or study abroad programme(s) during either or both semesters of the academic year must meet the following requirements to be eligible for scholarships:
– fulfill the exchange study plan agreed with the faculty before studying abroad;
– achieve an overall result of Grade B, 3.0 on the 4-point GPA scale, or equivalent;
– submit the exchange/study abroad transcript(s) to their faculties by the specified deadline.
(For the latest information, please refer to the e-bulletin issued in May/June each year) - Students who participate in an exchange or study abroad programme in only one semester must meet the credit requirements mentioned in the second point during their semester of study at the University of Macau.
